Job interview skills are important whatever stage you’re at in your career, and there can be times when achieving interview success doesn’t always happen easily. Getting one-on-one coaching to help you improve on areas that may be letting you down, will help develop your skills with a simple interview skills training session and provide you with confidence to tell your story and answer those tricky questions!

Our coaching is face to face if you live in Auckland or via a web-based product similar to Skype if meeting up isn’t convenient or you live outside of Auckland. It’s tailored specifically to you and your situation, so we’ll talk to you first to find out what you want to cover and then structure the initial meeting based on that conversation. A typical interview coaching session will incorporate planning and preparation, making an impression, answering behavioural-based questions and closing an interview. We’ll also look at common interview pitfalls, dress code, vocal tone and body language. However, this is always tailored as mentioned above and at the end of an initial meeting, we can discuss whether you feel an additional session is needed.
